Honey Paihia G'n'T is a delicious combination of the wild ginger, towai, kanuka and other late season nectars from the local area. The flavour is a butterscotch/citrus with a smooth finish. We cold-cream our G'n'T honey and this creates an incredibly silky texture which is easily workable for spreading on toast or spooning into tea.

I bought this Honey as my usual supplier of raw bushland honey didn't have available. I didn't really know what to expect and thought it would be rather bland. How wrong I was, this G n T Honey tastes like a raw bushland honey and is full of native bushland flavour - it's the best I've ever had.
It's great on toast and is a fabulous addition when smoking a delicate fish like Gurnard or Salmon.
I have been ordering this honey for some years now and use small amounts over carrots or yams before baking. Delicious
I have only had one jar of this flavour being one person family I fo not get through the honey very fast, but enjoyed the pot I had and recommend it highly
