I tried the honey while I was having the worst sore throat I�ve ever had. Couldn�t even swallow water because of the pain. Using this honey (by itself and also adding it to a cup of tea) helped me a lot during the healing process. The pain was significantly less whenever I had it so it was an amazing discovery. Would recommend 100%!!
