Our 800+ MGO Mānuka Honey is made by bees foraging wild Mānuka flowers in just one region — the subtropical Far North of New Zealand. Grown and gathered around Paihia and the Bay of Islands, this is true single origin honey, with a story and flavour that’s deeply connected to place.
With at least 800 mg/kg of methylglyoxal, it’s one of our most concentrated honeys — strong, rich, and full of the goodness Mānuka is known for.
We cold cream every batch to keep the texture smooth and spreadable, without damaging any of the honey’s natural properties. No heat. No blending. Just carefully harvested, gently handled honey — from the hive to the jar.
