We first found you in your tent display the park in Paihia while on a cruise visiting the Bay of Islands. We purchased a gift pack of Paihia Honey that day. It was excellent and I placed a second order online once we got back to Canada. It was an easy, seamless process and the honey arrived at my door within 2 weeks. Awesome product and service.
This is my second order. Discovered honey Paihia on a trip to New Zealand, but couldn’t buy any because we were leaving New Zealand then returning and customs won’t allow certain food products including honey, back in the country. So we ordered some when we got home. Besides having great honey, they have a great international shipping process. We get orders to the north east USA in about a week. Having met the owner in New Zealand, this is the kind of company that will never let you down!
Best service ever! Honey was well packed and arrived well in advance of scheduled time and we were kept informed via email almost daily of its transit from New Zealand all the way to Europe.
